For the past several months, my period has been very inconsistent. It used to come regularly every 28 days, then it progressed to 30 days for a couple of months, now it comes whenever. I sometimes feel PMS symptoms for up to 2 1/2 weeks and never see a thing. Last week, it seemed to smell like blood was coming from me, but nothing came of it. Can you please help me better understand what is going on with me and my body regarding my period?

I missed a shot while injecting meth. I drew back and got blood, and the injection seemed okay going in, but now there's a swelling that looks like an inch-long, half-inch-wide oval shape over the vein.
