I have a swollen uvula that has lasted for 3 weeks with no pain or difficulty swallowing, but I have started to feel some fatigue and have difficulty sleeping. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been off work for 2 months due to constant nausea, dizziness, abdominal pain, reflux symptoms, gurgling in the throat, severe pelvic pain, upper back pain, loose stools, and changes in stool color. I have undergone various tests including endoscopy, ultrasound, blood tests, and a CT scan, all of which have come back clear. I have been treated for conditions such as throat infection, middle ear infection, gallbladder issues, gastric ulcer, and now possibly endometriosis, but no definitive diagnosis has been made. My symptoms are worsening despite medication, and I am seeking an opinion on what might be causing these issues.

The pain fades away slowly after a week but returns when I bang or hit the rib. I'm an athlete and have had multiple bone scans and MRIs that showed no fractures.
