I have gas pain in my left chest and my left arm hurts. I also have gout, and the last time I went to urgent care, it was due to a gout flare-up. I think this could be the same issue. Should I go to urgent care, or is there something else I can try?

She was released after evacuating her kidneys but has been unable to urinate for the past five hours and is experiencing significant pain.
