I have had a small hard swelling on both sides of my navel, especially after eating, with occasional twinges of pain. I've tried Motrin and apple cider vinegar with water, which provided some relief. The swelling and firmness are noticeably gone upon waking. I initially thought it might be related to my gallbladder, but there is no severe pain or other symptoms. What could this be, and what should I do to relieve the discomfort until I can see my doctor?

My blood test results over the past three months have shown elevated lymphocyte counts, declining platelet counts, and low iron saturation. I have symptoms such as night sweats, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, bloating, feeling full after small meals, bone and joint pain, and weight loss. I have been diagnosed with gastroparesis but am concerned about the possibility of a more serious condition like lymphoma. Should I be concerned and push for more testing?
