I have just found out my 9-year-old and I have been poisoned with CO (Carbon Monoxide) and are aware of most of the symptoms, but I have been saying for a year and a half that we have something in our hair. We've actually been able to pull it out! Went through lice treatments as my son is in school and thought maybe that was it—the treatments did not help and everyone I mentioned it to thinks I've gone crazy! There have been moments when I was questioning my own sanity! I'm a single mom with no child-support and I don't have a credit card so is there anyway I could be billed for this info if that is necessary? Please, Please Help! Thank you for your time and consideration!

I am in Jefferson Parish where Hurricane Katrina caused significant flooding. After moving wet carpet/flooring and eating poorly for many days, I am now experiencing severe joint pain (e.g., difficulty making a fist) and throat pain. Ibuprofen and Aleve are no longer helping. We are on curfew and I don't know what to do.

I want to overcome my typical male reaction of shutting down emotionally when confronted with situations that require my opinion or feelings. I often feel like a child who is afraid to express what he wants because it seems like everyone else knows better. What experiences or steps must a person go through to develop the skill of standing up and expressing their opinion when needed? Additionally, a Christian/Catholic viewpoint on this matter would resonate well with me.

My period was due July 3rd, and I am usually regular. We have been trying to conceive, and I believe I ovulated around June 19th or 20th. I have not yet started my period, but I noticed clear mucus with a slight hint of blood while wiping, and I have been having achy cramps with little sharp pains. Is it too late to be implantation bleeding? I took a urine test this morning, which was negative.

I'm 4 months pregnant and I am vomiting all blood and also peeing pure blood. I have no bruising, no bleeding gums, and no cramps. I've had 2 other kids and had my tubes tied before getting pregnant this last time. I've also had a few surgeries in the past where doctors told me I wouldn't be able to have another baby, but I still got pregnant again. What could be causing this and what should I do?
