I have mouth-related pains, including pain on the lower front gums with small canker sores, multiple canker sores under the tongue and on the back of the lips, and painful tongue surface when eating/drinking/gargling salt water. They all developed at the same time and have been ongoing for almost a week. I don't have fever but suspect the mouthwash (Crest Pro Health) might be the cause. Could the mouthwash be the cause, and if so, why? How long until these symptoms go away?

I have a huge hole in one of my bottom left molars. I have been trying to keep it clean, rinsing it out with salt water, and taking painkillers. I don't have the money to pay for a dentist and have no insurance. Is there anything I can do or a free clinic that will help me? This pain is miserable.

My friend has phlebitis and cellulitis in her right leg. She was given penicillin, but it hasn't worked and she is now without medication. She is in severe pain and unable to walk, which has confined her to her home for the past two months. Her doctor says it could take up to three months to recover, but she is in a very depressed state due to the pain. What can be done to alleviate her pain and improve her condition?
