I have only had three periods since my daughter was born a year ago. It has been almost 4 months since my last period, which was very short and involved clots. I have been experiencing severe cramping, dizziness, moodiness, and extreme tiredness. I took a pregnancy test, which was negative. What could be wrong with me?

I woke up two weeks ago with a swollen nose and eyes, which I initially thought was due to a spider bite. One week later, my right eye was swollen again, but only on the top of the eye, both times. I have a history of lupus and antiphospholipid syndrome, currently on coumadin and folic acid, but not on any medication for lupus. My urine seems fine. What could be causing this swelling and what should I do?
