I woke up two weeks ago with a swollen nose and eyes, which I initially thought was due to a spider bite. One week later, my right eye was swollen again, but only on the top of the eye, both times. I have a history of lupus and antiphospholipid syndrome, currently on coumadin and folic acid, but not on any medication for lupus. My urine seems fine. What could be causing this swelling and what should I do?

Hi, I fell over 2 weeks ago and injured my knee and ankle. My foot never swelled up, but it is still painful, especially on the instep and across the inside arch area, and it is extremely painful when I wake up and start to walk or attempt to climb down stairs. The pain often shoots to the back of my ankle area. I have done all the usual rest and respite things. Can you suggest anything or do you have some advice?

After having wisdom teeth extracted on Wednesday, both bottom and top on the right side, the dentist stitched up the area where the bottom tooth was and also stitched my cheek to it. Will the stitches dissolve on their own, or do I need to go back to get them removed?

I've been on TB drugs for three months and am supposed to continue, however I've had diarrhea over three weeks and it won't stop despite Imodium and a very bland diet. I'm very weak and tired. I have to go at least 8-10 times during every 24-hour period. What should I do?

I have had the implant in my arm for 3 years now and it was due to be removed and replaced this month, but I haven't had it done yet as my GP or family planning hasn't contacted me. How long does the implant last for after its due date to be removed? Is there a possibility I could get pregnant? And I also keep having regular periods.
