I have prostate cancer that has returned to my pelvis bone, and my PSA reading is high. I had a radical prostatectomy 14 years ago and have been taking X-geva injections, Casodex, and Stracyt pills. My PSA levels fluctuate between 59 and 116. I feel fine and have no pains except for lower back pain likely due to osteoporosis. I have had radiation treatment on my pelvis, but I am not aware of the stage or grade of my cancer. I am looking for treatments that can help lower my PSA and control or eliminate the cancer, other than hormonal treatments. What other treatments are available?
