My 14-year-old daughter has developed a slightly painful lump approximately 1.5 cm behind her right ear. There is also another smaller lump below it. Both lumps are round, hard, and feel bone-like. The larger lump has been present for over two years without causing any problems. Ten days ago, she received the MMR booster injection and the tetanus, diphtheria, and polio vaccine. Today, she discovered the smaller lump. Could the lumps be connected to the vaccines, or do you have any other ideas?

I am a 28-year-old female experiencing frequent diarrhea and constipation, sometimes with blood in stools, difficulty urinating unless I defecate, and pain in my back, buttocks, and chest. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, insulin resistance, and lactose intolerance. I recently had a gynecological operation and have a Mirena IUD to manage menorrhagia. My thyroid functions have been tested and are within the range considered normal by my doctor. I also have diffuse minor fatty liver, which is unexpected given my diet. Is this bowel issue normal, and should I see another doctor or go to the emergency room?
