I have sharp pin prickling, burning pain, and numbness in my feet. I am not diabetic and have seen an M.D. and two chiropractors, with no relief. One chiropractor suggested pinched nerves in my lower spine, but treatment has not helped. I have tried various creams, including those with Lidocaine, and the only relief I get for sleep is from soaking wet washcloths on my feet. What could be causing this and what else can I try?

Some months ago, I banged my head on a bar when standing up from a kneeling position. The point of contact was the back of my head, halfway between my neck and the crown of my head. Initially, the pain seemed to be there, but more recently, the pain is on the top of my head. The pain is mild but constant. I am not taking any medication. Can you suggest what I should do?

I suffer from intermittent vertigo and a 'hat on head' sensation. I have a history of Mitral Valve Regurgitation, Gilbert's Syndrome, and Glandular Fever.
