My periods usually come on around the same time, but the last couple of months my period has come 5 days earlier than planned. This month it hasn't happened yet. Should I be concerned?

My boyfriend was sexually abused as a child, experiencing rough anal sex and the use of sex toys, which often caused him to bleed and feel extreme pain. This abuse lasted from age 13 to 17. Now, at 26, he has sexual dysfunction, including difficulty getting an erection, minimal semen during orgasm, and feeling sore afterward. Could his prostate be permanently damaged from the abuse, and can rough anal sex cause damage?

My husband had a hemmroid that popped after he sneezed, causing him to nearly pass out. The blood was thick and dark, but it's not continually bleeding and he feels better. How can he keep it clean, and can he take a warm bath? Should he see a doctor immediately, or can we wait a day or two to see how it heals?
