I just had surgery on Monday and was connected to an IV the entire time I was at the hospital. Now, my spit is foamy, I hiccup a lot, I'm losing weight, and I choke on dry foods or meat. I drink a lot of water and stay hydrated, but I feel like my body is dehydrated. Should I go to the ER? My doctor's office is closed today, and I'm really freaked out about all this.

I've been taking 200 mg of Zoloft daily for a year, but I've recently decreased to 50 mg daily because it's no longer effective and is causing weight gain. My doctor has prescribed Cipralex, and I want to know if I can stop Zoloft and start Cipralex the next day, or if I can take them together.
