I constantly crack my fingers, neck, knees, feet, and back. I feel like I constantly need to do it, especially my hands and neck. I am 32 years old and have been doing it since I was young. I have a distended external hemorrhoid that is blocking my anus and causing severe pain during bowel movements. Prep H, Witch Hazel, and sitz baths with Epsom salts have not been effective. I am considering lancing the hemorrhoid myself with an Exacto Knife, but I am concerned about the risks and lack of medical insurance. Is there any other method or topical analgesic that can help alleviate the pain and allow for bowel movements?
