I started taking Aldactone one week ago (50mg 2 times a day) for acne and a couple of days into taking it, I started having strong feelings of irritability and depression. Is this one of the side effects, especially considering I take the lowest dose of Klonopin at night to sleep?

I have a fear of getting any trace of urine on my skin or clothes, leading me to repeatedly wash my hands and clothes. I also avoid touching surfaces like door handles and cash machine buttons, fearing contamination. I carry wet wipes for cleansing when water and soap are unavailable. I feel agitated when I think my hands or clothes are contaminated and I wish I could stop this behavior. I also have a fear of spiders. What could this be and how can I get help?
