I missed 2 pills in a row last month during the first week of my active pills and took them all at once. My boyfriend ejaculated inside me 2-3 times since then. I had light bleeding during my supposed period but it was very light and only lasted one day. I've had extreme hunger and some cramping. Could I be pregnant or is it just in my head?

I have a persistent spasm (pain) in my vagina near my urethra that feels like I have to urinate, but I don't. It's more prominent when I'm stressed but happens often during the day. I am not on hormone replacement therapy, and this issue started when I was 8 months pregnant 16 years ago, recurring 2 years ago.
