I have a skin tissue issue right above the vaginal opening. It looks like my labia is stretched out, has been like this for about 2 months, and is not growing. It used to be red but now is my normal vaginal color. What could this be and should I be concerned?

I was tested for HSV-1 and HSV-2 and the result for HSV-2 was negative, but the result for HSV-1 was 'unable to read.' What does this mean, and is it possible that the unreadable result could be due to HIV? I got tested because I had a cold sore on the outside corner of my mouth and a few bumps on my tongue. Please help me figure this out.
