I noticed a small, brown spot near my anal area a few days ago. It doesn't hurt when I defecate but touching it has a slight sensation of potential pain if moved constantly. I stopped taking lamictal abruptly and felt very bad. My psychiatrist put me back on 100mg and I started feeling better. However, I drank 5 pints in Galway, which made me feel wrecked for a week. I increased my lustral to 250mg to get through work, and I'm noticing less worry and a slower brain, but I'm also very dreamy, spaced out, and tired. Should I give it another week before making any changes?

I've been clean for more than 2 years and recently got in trouble twice in the same week for dilute UA. I have Hepatitis C and am borderline diabetic. I'm fighting in a treatment facility's 'Kangaroo Court' to prove I did nothing intentionally to dilute my UA. Could my conditions or medications affect my creatine levels, leading to dilute UAs?
