I occasionally have red sore bumps in my pubic area that can break and bleed. They are not always present and seem to move. I do shave my pubic hair, but this has been happening long before I started shaving. What could be causing this and how can I treat it?

I had an odd event a year ago where my head felt like it was expanding and contracting slowly, with hundreds of episodes throughout the day. My blood pressure was found to be very high at the hospital, and I was put on medication. Recently, my BP was measured at 185/117 during an MRI, and it has been fluctuating between 145/93 and 198/139. I have chronic back pain and am experiencing fatigue, headaches, and blurry vision. Should I wait for a doctor's appointment or go to the ER immediately?

Since the other night, every time I breathe in deeply, I experience painful pressure in my throat and upper chest area. The more I do it, the worse it gets, and bending over makes it really bad. I have no cough or soreness, and it started after a vigorous evening and dinner. I have MVP (Mitral Valve Prolapse) and GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), and I'm currently taking 1/4 mg of Ativan to sleep at night and Prilosec OTC. No tests have been done yet. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?
