I feel very nervous and stressed around people, and I can only talk about work or school-related issues. I often blame myself for many things and try to get out of social situations as soon as possible. I think I might be suffering from social anxiety. How do I know if I am suffering from this or not?

Me he sentido muy ansiosa y algunas veces con el corazón acelerado y falta de aire. Ando ansiosa y me ahogo a ratos. Tengo 28 años y este mes he tomado Plan B para no tener hijos, la he tomado 4 veces en el mismo mes.
