I recently learned that I have a horizontal humerus fracture. It's been about two weeks since I injured my left arm, which is in a sling and feels better. Should they cast it, and can I start using my non-dominant hand soon? The injury happened on November 16th, but I didn't go to the ER until November 18th.

I have colitis and am taking Humira weekly. I have had the flu since November 30th and am experiencing diarrhea. Should I be concerned and how long should I expect these symptoms to last? Additionally, will the colitis influence the flu symptoms or vice versa?

I am a 55-year-old female, 5'1" tall, weighing 163 lbs, and I engage in 3 to 5 days of cardio and weights twice a week. I have my total calorie set for 1585, protein 119 grams, carbs 159, fats 53. I am also a type 1 diabetic. Can you assist me in coming up with the correct macros for my fitness app to be successful?

Had a steroid injection today. Now my BP is 164/110 (normally 90/60) and pulse is 101. I can hear my heartbeat in my ears. Should I go to the ER? Just took it again and it was 145/101. Pulse still 101. I was also diagnosed with bronchitis today and given Decadron injection, doxycycline, Pan Air Inhaler and promethezine/codeine cough syrup. I presently take 90mg Armour and 40 mg Adderall in the morning around 5:00 am. Do I need to seek immediate treatment for this?

I have a burning sensation on my right side, between the rib cage and pelvis, which has been intermittent for the last few years but is more noticeable lately due to concerns about diabetes. Is it possible I have a kidney disorder or another issue related to diabetes? I'm nervous because no urine test was done, and I know kidney problems are connected to diabetes. Could I have some other malady?

I want to find a doctor who has experience using benfotiamine (B1) to treat high lactic acidosis and understand the appropriate oral dosage. My husband, who has ALS/MND with an SOD1 mutation, is experiencing excessive glutamate and neuron damage. We have a 24-hour urine test indicating high lactic acid levels and suspect Pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency. I am interested in benfotiamine to potentially remove the lactic acid block and would like an expert opinion on the suggested dosage.
