I recently noticed a small, hard bump on the top of my skull, about 2 inches from the back of my head. The bump is roughly 1 inch long and wide, with no associated redness, fever, or discharge. I have not consulted a doctor yet. What could this bump be, and should I visit a doctor for an X-ray or scan?

My feet are burning, feeling swollen, and uncomfortable, as if I'm wearing shoes that are three sizes too small. I am in pain and have to keep moving my feet all night until I fall asleep. Is there any real swelling, and do I have any other past illnesses or take any regular medication?

I have a sticky heart valve, specifically an aortic valve, diagnosed two weeks ago. I don't feel bad, but I have less energy than before and had a minor stroke in September of last year. What would be the consequences if I don't replace the valve with a cow's valve?
