My feet are burning, feeling swollen, and uncomfortable, as if I'm wearing shoes that are three sizes too small. I am in pain and have to keep moving my feet all night until I fall asleep. Is there any real swelling, and do I have any other past illnesses or take any regular medication?

I have a sticky heart valve, specifically an aortic valve, diagnosed two weeks ago. I don't feel bad, but I have less energy than before and had a minor stroke in September of last year. What would be the consequences if I don't replace the valve with a cow's valve?

If I walk, sometimes less than one-quarter mile, I feel like I cannot catch my breath, and my chest starts to hurt. It feels heavy. What causes this? And what can I do to strengthen my system to walk further? Keep in mind, when I slow down or stop to rest in minutes, the heaviness subsides and the pains in my chest lessen.
