I started experiencing flu-like symptoms on 4/20, followed by severe pain in the temporal mandibular joint. I also have deep coughing spells that lead to vomiting, fatigue, weakness, indigestion, nausea, and constipation from medications. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I check or do?

I have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease, and I am concerned about the mild discomfort I sometimes feel on my right side, which may be muscular due to back issues. My liver enzymes are normal, and my doctor does not recommend a follow-up ultrasound or seeing a specialist. However, I am worried that I might be overlooking something. I am very forgetful and lack awareness of my surroundings unless I concentrate really hard. I often space out, have dead moments during the day, and get lost easily, even with familiar routes. My mind is often unclear, and I have trouble concentrating. I frequently relive funny or bad events in my head, missing what's happening around me. I get frustrated, angry, upset, and sad easily. I also have bad feelings like being watched or that something bad is happening. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and depression and am taking Buspirone HCL and Bupropion HCL for anxiety and depression, but they don't seem to be helping completely. What other treatments or medications could help?
