I have been experiencing very heavy menstrual bleeding for 5 days now, soaking at least one sanitary napkin per hour and passing large clots (approx. size of a golf ball). I am also feeling lethargic and weak, and have had a severe cold/flu for the past 5 days. I had a cold cone procedure for severe dysplasia in January, and my doctor said my endometrial lining was quite thin at that time. What should I do about this heavy bleeding and my current condition?

My bladder has been loose since the birth of my last child, and a recent mishap caused it to hang out of the vaginal area. It is very uncomfortable, causes urine leakage, and toilet paper gets stuck on it. I'm afraid of getting an infection. What can be done to correct this?
