I was out drinking and became nauseous. When I bent down to vomit, I pulled something in my lower left back, causing severe pain. I went to the ER and received only Tylenol and painkillers, despite continuing to vomit. It's been four days, the pain is less severe but I still have nausea, loss of appetite, and a painful cough with white, frothy mucus. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My 16-year-old daughter has had constant bloating since she got her first period at 14. Her periods range from every 19 days to 30 days, and she experiences pain, especially during her period. She also has to wear a super tampon while her friends wear regular. A CT scan showed an ovarian cyst, but it disappeared with an ultrasound. Gastro and allergist tests have ruled out other issues.
