My 16-year-old daughter has had constant bloating since she got her first period at 14. Her periods range from every 19 days to 30 days, and she experiences pain, especially during her period. She also has to wear a super tampon while her friends wear regular. A CT scan showed an ovarian cyst, but it disappeared with an ultrasound. Gastro and allergist tests have ruled out other issues. What could be causing her symptoms, and what further tests or treatments should be considered?

I occasionally pass blood in my stools (bright blood, not dark) and have a swollen back passage that is incredibly itchy, especially at night. The swelling is like a big hard ring around my back passage. I also experience severe trapped wind that builds up under my ribs and up my back, causing extreme pain that can last a few hours unless I lie down to allow it to settle. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have been fainting and experiencing tingling on one side of my head, along with a funny feeling in my head right before I pass out. I have had multiple tests including EKG, blood tests, EEG, and more, all of which came back normal. I have a history of possible blockages and irregular heartbeats, but recent tests showed no issues. I also have mild to moderate regurgitation in my Mitral and Tricuspid valves and get palpitations regularly. My blood pressure increases when I stand up, and I feel like I'm going to pass out. What could be causing these symptoms?
