My white blood cell count (WBC) was low in January and has further decreased to 1.82, with lymphocyte absolute at 0.42 (low), monocyte at 15 (high), atypical lymphocytes at 4, and neutrophil absolute at 1.09 (low). What could these abnormal levels indicate?

I had a sudden gush of blood during a bowel movement, along with a skin-colored round 'polyp-like' object on the toilet paper. I have been bleeding during bowel movements since 2010, but no abnormalities were found during my last colonoscopy in February 2010. Can this be related to my previous condition?
