I need a physician's laboratory requisition for a 'Semen Analysis-Postvasectomy' test. I moved from the midwest to the northeast and can't get a requisition from the physician who performed the procedure. I can't get a laboratory to run my test without a physician's requisition, but a doctor's visit to simply get a requisition will cost hundreds of dollars. Where can I get a low-priced or free requisition?

I have recently entered menopause and have not had a period for 130 days. During this time, I experienced extreme hot flashes, which I managed with homeopathic methods. At my recent gynecological checkup, my doctor noted enlarged lymph nodes in my left armpit near the breast, possibly due to an upcoming period. She wants to see me again in 4 weeks regardless of whether I have a period or not. My blood pressure was also high before the exam. What could be the cause of the enlarged lymph nodes, and should I be concerned about cancer or other serious illnesses?

I'm a 49-year-old woman, 5'6" tall, and weigh 140 lbs. Two years ago, I stopped smoking and gained 18 pounds in 3 months.
