I have been experiencing nausea, headache, a pounding heart, and pressure in my head and neck. My pulse is 72 and temperature is 96.8. The pressure feels like fullness and is off and on since Tuesday. I also have a nervous, anxious feeling and slight chest pain. Should I go to the ER?

My 29-year-old daughter has had a 3-month dry cough. Her primary care physician (PCP) says her lungs are clear, and she doesn't have asthma. A gastroenterologist suggested Prilosec 2x/day, and the PCP prescribed Allegra. The cough is mostly annoying and hasn't been eliminated. The PCP suggested it might be environmental. Any suggestions?

2 weeks ago, I was cleaning my RV trailer and using a weedeater, which required extending my arms up for long periods and pulling the handle many times. Since then, my upper arms have had a burning pain, particularly where the shoulder and arm meet and right below that area on the outer upper arm. Is this damage, arthritis, or something else?

I have an extremely fast metabolism and consume around 6500 calories a day. I want to know the cause of this if possible and anything I might be able to do about it. My mother had a notably large appetite and her maternal grandfather was very similar to me according to my relatives.
