I have had negative STI tests and been told it's not herpes or HPV. Is this likely foliculitis, a sebaceous gland, or possibly misdiagnosed HPV? How long does it take for a nerve to become damaged as a result of being pinched by a herniated disc? I have had radiating pain since late March due to herniation at L2-3 and am wondering if I am possibly creating a bigger problem by putting off surgery.

My upper inner arms, especially the left one, and jaws are sore. I have generalized anxiety and broken blood vessels. My upper back also has twinges from time to time.
