I have been experiencing pain in my left arm, back of my neck, and head, along with chest congestion. I went to the emergency room, had a chest X-ray, EKG, and blood work, all of which came back normal, and was diagnosed with bronchitis. I am still experiencing these symptoms and am worried about lung cancer or Pancoast cancer. Could these tests rule out lung cancer, and could anxiety be causing these symptoms?
