I'm having chest pains that have been going on for about an hour now. They vary in severity and I've been on anti-inflammatory medication before. I've seen a doctor who thinks it's in my chest wall. I'm 23 years old, the pain is on the left side, and I took Advil and Tums. The pain is very uncomfortable but there's no nausea or vomiting. I had an EKG done before and nothing was wrong. My main concern is whether this could be a heart attack and if I should rush to the emergency room.
