Last night I suffered from severe diarrhea and incredibly bad abdominal pain. I went to the emergency room and was put through various tests, but got no definitive answers. I was told to make an immediate appointment with a GI doctor and was given a prescription pain medication. There is a history of Crohn's disease in my family and I frequently suffer from diarrhea. Do you think my recent episode could be related to Crohn's disease? Is severe abdominal pain common with diarrhea?

I keep gaining weight and had a thyroid test done. The doctor said the results are within normal limits with T3U at 34.8 and TSH at 1.489. I am trying to figure out if this is close to being on the side of an underactive thyroid or if it's something else.

I am a 33-year-old male experiencing acute pains in my lower left abdomen and back, aching in the tops of my thighs, and a sensation in the genital area that feels like I need to pass water frequently. I have recently been to the hospital for a suspected kidney stone, which was ruled out after blood and urine tests. The pain has persisted and moved to the middle area and genital area. I am concerned that it may be something serious like prostate cancer or prostatitis.
