My 12-year-old daughter has a 1.5cm lump under her chin that has been present for 2-3 months, with a slight reduction in size over the last 2 weeks. The lump is firm and movable, with no pain or difficulties in swallowing. Her blood tests showed normal red and white cell counts, but platelets were at 33. What could this lump be, and what should we do next?

My brother has been in critical condition since February 6th with multiple skull fractures, a trach tube, and a feeding tube. He opens his eyes when asked to, but the medical team says he has no chance for survival and is not brain dead. The coma is drug-induced, and he becomes agitated when they try to reduce the medication. How can he respond to commands accurately, and yet they want to remove life support?

I am 70 years old and have had adult acne since my twenties. Lately, I've been prone to cysts, which are the size of a tiny pea on my cheekbone. I've been able to squeeze some matter out of the old ones, but I also know that if I attempt that with the other side, it will aggravate them into growth. How do I prevent them from growing?
