I went through IVF and was told I was pregnant (approx 1 month) on 7/2. My breast soreness went from a 10 (on a scale of 1-10) for the first 3 weeks to a 2 in the last 3 days. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

I got my period in January and I'm regular, but two weeks to the date, I had lower cramps and got it again. In February, I got my period and it was fine. Now in March, I got it on March 3 and two weeks later (14 days), I got lower cramps and my period again. What can cause this?

I have been experiencing pain in my stomach area, directly above my belly button, which is sharp and causes sweating. Additionally, I have been having pain and occasional bleeding in the rectum area, which has been itchy and bothersome for about a week. The stomach pain is not constant but has been almost constant today. The rectum pain and bleeding have been occurring for a few weeks, with bowel movements being more diarrhea than normal and blood being bright red. I am otherwise healthy and not on any medication. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have a feeling that I may be pregnant and am only one day late so far, but I have severe breast tenderness and some muscle aches, particularly on my left side, which only hurt when I cough, laugh, or use those muscles. I took a pregnancy test on Sunday and it seemed to have a faint line with color, but subsequent tests have shown no faint lines. What could this be?
