My 18-year-old son has ADHD, dyslexia, alcohol dependency, and has become increasingly involved with extremist racism groups. He has openly expressed extreme views and has shown signs of self-harm and suicidal thoughts. We have been unable to convince the local child mental health team that he has other conditions alongside ADHD and they have discharged him. We are looking for any help or direction to deal with these issues.

I experienced severe shaking, difficulty breathing, and chest pains, along with unexplained weight loss. I don't have sweaty palms or a fast heart rate during these episodes. Could this be a heart infection, and why is it considered rare? Also, what other conditions could cause these symptoms?

What would cause elevated platelets ranging from values of 525,000 to 725,000, while being worked up for iron-deficient anemia? Hemoglobin has been dropping from 14 or 15 down to 10.5, ferritin levels are slightly increasing but still below normal, and previous labs showed elevated C-reactive protein. Upper and lower GI work-up is negative for bleeding, and WBC and creatinine are also elevated. Additionally, the patient had been exposed to moderately high levels of radon gas in his home for many years. Will I only be charged once for this question?

I am 74 years old and in good health, but I have difficulty sustaining an erection and experiencing sensitivity in the head of my penis, which affects my ability to ejaculate during intercourse. I have tried ED pills and a pump, but neither has helped, and I do not like the side effects of the pills. Is there a way to sensitize the head of my penis or my prostate to help me ejaculate without using ED pills or a pump?

I have an eating disorder, which I believe is contributing to my weight gain due to severe arthritis. I have specific food preferences and restrictions, such as not eating green foods, avoiding combinations of foods (like soups, casseroles, pizza, stew, etc.), and disliking most spices. I prefer bland foods and could eat toast for every meal. I need help from someone knowledgeable in nutrition to devise a diet that accommodates my disorder and preferences while being healthy.
