My 7-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Pityriasis Rosea 2 months ago and was given Mometasone Furate cream, which initially helped but the rash returned after the treatment ended. She is embarrassed by the rash and it bothers her more in one area on her arm. Should I take her back to the doctor?

My wife, an 81-year-old nursing home resident in the late stages of Alzheimer's, has a persistent moderate to severe watery nasal discharge, mostly external but occasionally internal causing a loose cough. Despite negative allergy blood tests, various medications and sprays, and monitoring food types, the issue remains unresolved. It was first noticed around the time a severe mold problem was addressed in her facility. Our family doctor and two ENT specialists have been unable to help. Can you provide any guidance?

Can you have a false negative pregnancy blood test? Can nursing cause this? I have not had a period since March 3rd, I am still nursing my 23-month-old daughter but I have had regular periods since she was 6 months old. I have four children and I have all the signs but the tests say negative. What else could be wrong?
