My 9-year-old granddaughter has had a croup-like cough for 6 weeks. She initially had strep and took antibiotics, but the cough continued despite negative strep tests and use of children's decongestant. She has no fever, runny nose, stuffiness, or rashes, and feels well except for the cough that sounds like a barking seal. What should we do? Should we go to a different pediatrician?

I had a complete hysterectomy on 9/11/01 and a non-cancerous tumor removed from my lung on 1/30/06. Since then, I've had swelling in my right breast, which has become more swollen, red, and painful over the last few weeks. I am a diabetic and am only 37 years old. The pain is severe and feels like the breast is full. My regular doctor is unavailable, and the lung doctor referred me back to my regular doctor's office. What could be causing this and what should I do?
