My boyfriend hit his head and received 12 staples in the ER. They didn't tell us how to care for it at home. Can he wash his hair, what about getting it wet, or is there medication to help it heal?

I developed a slight ringing in my ear in February, which has since evolved into more complex noises, including an MRI sound, over the course of two months. I have sinus issues and was diagnosed with maxillary sinusitis on an MRI not specifically looking for that. I wake up with headaches, puffy eyes, and a stuffed nose. The noises are affecting my mental health. Can sinus problems trap sounds and cause these noises? Is there a mild impression on the cerebellum from the MRI causing my nervous system issues? I was diagnosed with a small mass (meningioma) near my inner ear and temple, which was initially thought to be a stroke. Since then, I've experienced symptoms like numbness on the right side of my face, pins and needles above my right eye, light headaches with nausea, and numbness in my index finger. I'm concerned about these symptoms and the diagnosis of either meningioma or acoustic neuroma (vestibular schwannoma). How can they confirm the diagnosis, and should I be concerned about the wait-and-watch policy given my sister's experience with a similar situation?
