I am experiencing shaking, stomach pain, diarrhea, cold sweats, and nausea. I am scared and worried it might be appendicitis. What could be causing these symptoms and how long should I expect them to last?

I fractured my sternum 15 years ago in a high-speed car accident. While most of the time the pain is minimal, I sometimes experience extreme pain, especially in cold weather or after sitting or lying in certain positions for too long. The pain often 'pops' before subsiding and is still tender to the touch. Is there anything that can be done, or is this something I will have to deal with? If I should see a doctor, what type?

I woke up with my right wrist swollen and in extreme pain, and it has now been a month with no improvement despite seeing five doctors. I'm also experiencing the same issue with my left ankle, and the pain is so severe that I have to take narcotics just to function. They have given me steroid shots and I have been on medications for three weeks, but I'm still not getting better. What further tests should I consider, and how can I manage this situation without insurance?

I have brown stringy discharge coming from my clit area. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and there are sometimes big gross clots that seem to have mucous on them. I have had an ultrasound at 14 weeks and another booked at 17 weeks, but no one can explain the clots that are at times 2x the size of a quarter. I've been spotting for weeks and my lower abdomen down into my vagina hurts when I roll over in bed or cough or sneeze. What could be causing this and what should I do?
