I am 30 years old and every month when I get my period, I always get a cold. This has happened every month this year. I am healthy and eat a good diet, but I am wondering if at this low point each month, my body is not producing enough of something to help my immune system. My local doctor keeps brushing me off, saying it's just a cold and not looking deeper into it.

My daughter has a skin rash on the back of her left leg, on the right side of her torso, and a small patch in front of her right leg. The rash is slightly raised, with very small pimples, and itchy. She sat in some hay about 2 weeks ago, and I have tried everything to get rid of it. What could be causing the rash, and what should I do?

I have severe neck spasms on the left side and severe pain in the shoulder blade area extending to my ribs, which sometimes makes the area immobile. I had a thoracic MRI and a bone scan, both of which showed nothing. I am scheduled for a facet block next week. What can I do for this pain?

I have FMS (Fibromyalgia). My left forearm, near the medial cubital vein, has been swollen for about 6 months. It was intermittent for a year before becoming permanent. It is always tender and bothersome. I can't afford to go to the doctor unless absolutely necessary. What information can you provide?

I found out my girlfriend was pregnant about 6-7 weeks ago and we decided to have an abortion. She went to Planned Parenthood for the procedure, but two weeks later, she was told she was still pregnant. She doesn't want to go back to the same clinic and other doctors recommended a hospital surgery costing $5,000 or she will have the baby. Can we sue the doctor for the failed abortion, and is it possible to still be pregnant after a surgical abortion at 5-6 weeks? Also, is complete anesthesia necessary for the recommended hospital procedure?
