My husband moved out and is living with another woman. He's a drug addict and has been making bad decisions increasingly. He's been gone for 2 months. I believe his habit has much to do with his poor decision making. He says he's open to working things out with me and hasn't asked for a divorce, but he hasn't gone to a single counseling session with me. Should I give him a little time to get back on track or is this situation hopeless?

I have been experiencing urinary urgency, pelvic pain, and a light yellow to green vaginal discharge with no odor. I have completed a course of antibiotics (nitrofurantoin, augmentin, doxycycline, and metronidazole) but symptoms persist, including worsening pain and urgency.
