I had surgery 3 weeks ago to revise my VP shunt, and soon after, this itchiness started. My doctor does not see a connection to the surgery. I have been experiencing generalized body swelling for about 6 months. I have had various tests including scopes, ultrasounds, and a hydroscan of the gallbladder, but nothing has shown any issues. My face is swollen, especially around the eyes, and I experience breathlessness.
