My son, age 26, has been experiencing severe headaches for the past month, accompanied by a fever, cold symptoms, and possible incorrect posture. He has taken 800mg of Motrin as recommended by his doctor but the headache persists. He has requested a CT scan but was denied due to the doctor's assessment. What are the symptoms of a migraine and what can be done for him where 800mg of Motrin taken as directed did not alleviate the pain? Should he go to the emergency room?

On my left arm, I have some red spots with a white ring around them. I have had them for a while. They do not hurt and have not gotten any bigger. My left arm is also very sensitive to cold temperatures and gets blotchy when it's cold. Do you have any ideas as to what this could be?
