I had breast reconstruction surgery on March 10th and have a small black pinhole on my scar line that is draining a little bit of clear fluid. The pinhole is on the side that had radiation. The doctor doesn't think it will heal and suggests additional surgery with smaller implants. I don't understand why such a small issue won't heal and why I need more surgery. My medical history includes breast cancer, double mastectomy with expanders, radiation, and a previous surgery where I had to go with smaller implants due to slow healing from radiation.

I had a blood test which showed my iron level was 27 µg/dl, MCV-76.3 fl, MCH-24.4 pg, MCHC-31.9%, RDW-17.7%, and tbili-1.7 mg/dl, all of which were marked as abnormal.
