My wife tires easily, has shortness of breath, and blue fingernails. She has had an angiogram, which showed clear blood vessels around the heart. What could be causing these symptoms and what further tests should be considered?

Will the growth of wisdom teeth change my teeth biting and in turn change the way I pronounce words? Recently I had some difficulty pronouncing some words and I realized that my teeth biting seems to have changed.

I have a history of stomach ulcers and have been taking blood pressure medication and aspirin for the past 4 years. Recently, I experienced indigestion and ulcer symptoms that have subsided with over-the-counter drugs. However, I've noticed a new issue where it feels like a spasm behind my sternum, which twitches and radiates slightly up my esophagus. This lasts for about 15-20 minutes and is accompanied by gurgling sounds in my stomach and an increase in heart rate and blood pressure. My vocal cords also seem irritated, causing hoarseness. What could be causing the twitching?

I stressed my shoulder and neck muscles by carrying a heavy bag, causing severe pain. I have already maxed out on over-the-counter painkillers. What can I do at home to alleviate this pain and recover as soon as possible?

I am feeling disoriented and confused most of the time, but improve after a beer or meal. I had to get up last night to eat because I was getting agitated. I have less energy than normal and sometimes cannot remember things. I also struggle to find the right words and become frustrated because of this. I had a stroke 10 years ago which affected my right side, and I recovered to 80% mobility on that side. I am also type 2 diabetic and take medication including Diaformin, Diamicron, Micardis, Ezetreol, Lipitor, and Omeprazole. My last CT scan was a couple of years ago. I recently had a CT scan which was clear, but remembering names and how to do things is becoming increasingly difficult. I also experience urinary incontinence and dizziness, needing to use the toilet to pee every half hour.
