I have been experiencing stomach cramps and diarrhea since Friday night. Should I go to the ER? I have no vomiting or nausea, and no other medical history to note.

I have a lump at the base of my sternum. Just found it today. Feels hard and doesn't seem to move. I'm female, age 63, had gall bladder out, and have been having mild discomfort in my upper right quadrant (URQ) which is somewhat relieved by taking omeprazole. I do not smoke and only have an occasional glass of wine. What could this lump be and what should I do?

I've been tested for a UTI and had a small one that cleared up, but the pain remains. I've also been on birth control for hormonal balance, but the pain persists. I had blood work done a month ago with normal results, except for a borderline bilirubin level of 1.2. I started taking Tramadol (no Tylenol mix) and noticed my stools have turned yellow in the past two days. An ultrasound showed no issues. What could be causing the yellow stools, and should I be concerned given my history of alcoholism and current medications?

I am a 29-year-old female with no significant health history other than acid reflux and anxiety. I had a baby 16 months ago and have been experiencing intermittent left upper abdomen pain for the past 8-10 months, sometimes sharp, sometimes burning, and sometimes localized to a tender point. I've had nausea and back pain, but not consistently. I've had a RUQ ultrasound and an EGD, both negative, and the GI doctor suggested it's stress-related. I'm concerned it could be pancreatic cancer due to weight loss and low WBC count. I work in an urgent care and am a new mom, which adds to my stress. I'm scared something is being missed and want to feel better.
