On Monday night, I stepped onto my right foot with all my weight and felt a funny feeling in my knee, not a tear feeling or acute pain but almost through the whole knee. I did not twist the knee, just stepped hard. This happened two times over the past few months but with no residual pain. Then it began to feel a burning sensation that has persisted. I have no swelling or bruising or acute pain. I have full range of motion, no feeling of instability, although squatting down all the way makes it feel worse. It is a little tender on the front of the knee. I have iced for the first two days and tried not to do too much. What do you think happened and what should I do? Should I do quad stretches, should I do nothing, should I see a doctor?

I have been exposed to Black Mold (Stachybotrys sp and Penicillium sp) in the walls of my living space, closet, and bathroom. The management cut a hole in the wall to catch water drips from a higher floor, and I had to change the towels three times a day for 8 days. One day, I was taken to the ER because I couldn't breathe, and they found my lungs were inflamed, as was my throat, and I have COPD. What are the health problems related to this exposure, and what can I do to address them?

Following an assault last year, I underwent surgery for an ORIF on my fractured mandible. After being discharged from the hospital, my recovery period was horrific due to severe pain and restricted jaw movement, making it difficult to speak and be understood. I am seeking compensation for the assault and need to prove that I could barely speak after the surgery. However, I didn't see any medical personnel during the first week post-surgery and cannot get their testimony. How can I obtain medical evidence to confirm the difficulties in speaking after this kind of surgery?

My 83-year-old mother, who has been extremely active until about 4-5 years ago, was diagnosed with Benign Familial Tremor. She recently had an MRI that showed no signs of recent stroke or bleeding, but did show vessel disease consistent with her age and a small amount of fluid that might be normal. She is to see her Neurologist soon to review the MRI. What does this mean, and what should we expect from her treatment?
