Our 10-year-old son has been experiencing occasional 'tickle attacks' in his left arm that last for 5-10 seconds and occur without any clear trigger. Shortly before these attacks, he feels a one-second warning of numbness. There are no dermatological signs, pain, neck stiffness, or medical illnesses associated with these symptoms. What could be causing these attacks and what can be done to alleviate them?
